TeMa North America Expands Operations in Jefferson County, WV

The Jefferson County Development Authority (JCDA) is pleased to highlight the ongoing growth of TeMa North America, a global leader in construction and environmental materials with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kearneysville.

Since opening its doors in 2018, TeMa North America has steadily expanded its footprint and workforce in Jefferson County, producing high-performance insulation, drainage, and waterproofing systems for the construction sector. Today, the company employs more than 60 people, with the majority being West Virginia residents, and continues to increase production capacity to meet growing demand across North America.

Part of the international TeMa Group, headquartered in Italy, the Kearneysville facility serves as the company’s North American hub. From this site, TeMa supplies construction and infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada. Recent investments have focused on expanding automated production lines, enhancing efficiency, and supporting export growth.
