Randox Laboratories Expands Jefferson County Operations to Advance Global Diagnostics Manufacturing

Kearneysville, WV — August, 25, 2025 — Randox Laboratories US Ltd, a global leader in diagnostic technologies, has announced plans to expand its Jefferson County facility from a 48-person sales and distribution operation into a full-scale production laboratory, further increasing the company’s 4.1 billion annually manufactured tests. This investment will position Jefferson County as a key U.S. hub for the world’s most advanced diagnostic solution aimed at ensuring confidence in patient testing and results.

As the 2nd largest manufacturer globally of laboratory quality controls, with a supply to over 100,000 laboratories, diagnosing more than 370 million patients annually, the expansion will significantly enhance Randox’s capacity to serve customers across the nation and the globe — from hospitals, laboratories, and coroners’ offices to food safety testing facilities. Once complete, the upgraded facility will produce next-generation diagnostic products and equipment, further solidifying Randox’s role as an innovation leader in the life sciences sector.
