How Will the New Tax Laws Impact Your Business?

Sweeping changes are happening to federal tax laws for businesses in 2018.30882_106279582748510_4938799_n.jpg Join the Eastern Panhandle Entrepreneurs Forum(EPEF) on Feb. 1 and learn how these changes may impact your business.

The EPEF will present the program "Federal Tax Reform - How Will the New Tax Laws Impact Your Business?" Learn about the Tax Cuts and Job Act (TCJA) and how the changes to the federal tax laws could affect your business. The program will also include some steps to consider as an entrepreneur/small business owner in response to these changing tax laws.

  • Changes to Corporate Tax Rates and Brackets
  • Changes Impacting Partnerships and S-corporations

Presenter will be Kin Sayre, an attorney with Bowles Rice, LLP. Kin is experienced in areas of taxes, commercial and finance law, and small business development. He is also a certified public accountant.

The Feb. 1 event, which is free and open to the public, begins at 5:30 p.m. with networking and refreshments. The programs follows at 6 p.m. and includes time for questions. The event will be at the Inn at Charles Town located at 100 Hollywood Drive in Charles Town.
