To celebrate the hard work and investment companies have made in Jefferson County, we invite manufacturers and business owners in Jefferson County to a recption at Rock Spring Farm, 6433 Martinsburg Pike, Shepherdstown, WV 25443, from 5:00 to 7:30 PM.
