The JCDA Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 3 p.m. in the County Commission Meeting Room located at 393 N Lawrence Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.

In order to be official copies, some of the files in our archive are scanned documents. Screen-reader friendly draft copies have been included where possible for full web accessibility. These draft copies are marked with the letters SR.
